(MCG) Microcrystalline Cellulose Gel, Suspending Agent, Thickener for Bakery Type 811f
It is white or similar white powder,is basically cellulose and is derived from high quality wood pulp,disintegrates rapidly in water,solve in thin acid and most organic solutions.

It is widely used in medicine,used as emulsifier,binding agent in tablets,stabilizer,dispersant,meal fiber etc.Used as bonding agent,dilute agent,disintegrating agent ,assist in flowing.Its concentration is about 5 to 60 percent ,it is used as capsule packing agent ,its concentration is 10 to 60 percent.
