  Hydroxypropyl Starch is a white or light yellow powder.It has good solubility in water,its solution is transparent and colorless and good stability.To acid,alkail,burnt temperature is lower than the original starch,hot and cold viscosity changes than the original starch stable.Its mixed with salt,sucrose had no effect on the viscosity.
